This prefabricated mobile living cabin shell comes factory-equipped with rolling wheel assemblies and complete cabin-style indoor living facilities for off-grid temporary accommodation, backyard guest quarters, job-site portable living quarters and custom self-build living unit projects.
This structural shell unit is NOT certified as a highway legal motorized unit, road-registered towable assembly or US compliant recreational vehicle. No VIN, ownership title, state road registration paperwork, license plate or federal highway operation certification is included with the unit at handover.
Partial core hardware components require buyer post-pickup self-assembly & installation, including but not limited to tire sets, suspension hardware, undercarriage fittings and related connection assemblies. The cabin shell cannot be driven or towed on public roads immediately after collection.
Winning bidder must independently arrange compliant flatbed hauling, dedicated loading equipment or professional heavy transport service to move the unit from pickup location. Standard hitch tow connection cannot be used for on-site removal of this cabin shell structure.
Purchasers are solely responsible for researching and complying with all local municipal, state and federal legal standards covering purchase, cross-state hauling, structural modification, private registration and land-based placement of this uncertified living shell. Should buyers need supporting paperwork to independently apply for VIN and official ownership title, our auction team will coordinate to provide available factory supporting documentation upon request.

- Road transportation via standard tow hitch is prohibited. Buyers must source flatbed or heavy haul transport fully compliant with state oversized load regulations.
