Product Overview
This 17-foot portable living cabin shell unit comes pre-mounted with wheel assemblies and complete built-in daily living interior amenities for outdoor camping, off-grid retreat and temporary on-site living use. It is a semi-finished structural shell instead of a fully road-legal completed living unit.
The cabin shell does NOT include factory VIN serial number, vehicle title certificate, road registration documents, license plate or US federal highway compliance certification. All formal identification paperwork (VIN assignment, title issuance, local road registration) must be independently applied and processed by the buyer after purchase. Our team will coordinate and provide all supporting manufacturing materials required for official paperwork application if requested by the buyer.
Multiple core functional assemblies are shipped unassembled and require full buyer self-installation post pickup, including but not limited to tire sets, full suspension assemblies, hitch connection hardware, exterior lighting modules and sealing accessories. The cabin shell cannot be directly hauled on public roads upon collection; it is non-road-ready at pickup time.
Buyer must arrange compliant flatbed hauling or dedicated heavy-load transportation equipment to collect the unit. Standard tow vehicle hitch hookup is prohibited for pickup transport due to incomplete road safety assemblies.
Before placing auction bids, all buyers are fully responsible for researching and complying with all local municipal, state and federal regulations covering transportation, modification, land placement and official registration of portable living enclosure structures.
