No Shipping Service

• We do not provide shipping services. All items must be picked up by the buyer or their designated representative.

Buyer Responsibility

• The buyer is responsible for arranging transportation and unloading of the merchandise.
• Ensure your driver is equipped to handle these tasks to avoid any complications during pickup.

Pickup Scheduling

• You must call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a pickup time.
• Please note that our hours of operation may change due to holiday schedules. Confirm our availability when you schedule your pickup.

Required Documentation

• The driver MUST bring a copy of the JD Auction Item Release to pick up the item(s).
• Failure to present this document will result in the refusal of the pickup attempt.

Compliance

• Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the seller turning away your driver and not allowing the pickup of the purchased item(s).
