How to Register
Auction and Marketplace require separate accounts. Follow the steps below to get started.
Auction Registration
GO TO AUCTIONUse this account to participate in live and timed auctions.
STEP 1 & 2
Sign In and Open Auction
Click “Hello, sign in” in the top right corner to create or log into your account.
Then select an auction and click “View catalog” to enter the auction page.
STEP 3
Register to Bid
Click “Register to bid” to activate your bidding access before placing bids.
Marketplace Registration
GO TO MARKETPLACEPrefer to buy directly? Use Marketplace for instant checkout.
Buy items instantly — no bidding required.
STEP 1
Sign In or Create Account
Click the account icon in the top right corner to sign in or create your Marketplace account.
Once signed in, you can browse products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout instantly.

Do I need two accounts?
Yes. Auction and Marketplace accounts are separate systems.
Can I use the same email?
Yes, you can register both accounts using the same email address.
I just want to buy items. Do I need an Auction account?
No. You only need a Marketplace account for direct purchases.
When do I need Auction registration?
You need it when you want to place bids in live or timed auctions.
